The Bread Beckers - Awesome! The Bread Beckers is a wonderful place to go to learn how to mill your own flour and bake with real wheat. It is a family owned business and they are just awesome. The business is hard to find in Woodstock, GA and the hours are limited. They offer cooking classes that really show you "real" wheat is not just good for you but it taste great too. The wheat bread you buy off the shelf doesn't compare.
The best source of whole foods I have dealt with Bread Beckers for years now for whole wheat, honey, baking equipement and supplies. They are extremely knowledgable and helpful each and every time we go there. Their inventory of grains, beans and wholesome foods are outstanding. I have always found what I needed and more. Their hours are limited (bankers hours) but you can order online. We drive two hours to get there but it is worth the trip.
