I was very impressed with Dr. McCusker. I was recently diagnosed with rectum cancer and Dr. McCusker brought his staff in and met with me, my wife and son and they really took there time to explain everything to us and give me suggestions to be more comfortable while waiting for treatment to start. We feel very fortunate to have Dr. McCuster and his team taking care of me.
Dr. Micheal McCusker is an excellent doctor. He is the right man for the job! As the patients are in need of emotional help as well, he delivers the empathy needed and is sincere.
I originally met Dr McCusker on September 12, 2025 at Shenandoah Oncology. I was immediately impressed with his informal presence and social skills that made me feel like we were "old friends". He asked pertinent questions and was thorough in his assessment of my health condition, ordering additional tests and establishing a plan of action. From my initial experience, I would highly recommend his specialty services in hematology and oncology.
