Dr Katzen was professional, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Appointment was on time and not rushed.
Dr Katzen wasn't personable at all. He also didn't bandage the wound.after looking at it the way it was supposed to be per wound care. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed.
