I cannot recommend Dr. Vesali highly enough. Finding a neurologist who truly understands the complexities of narcolepsy can be a challenge, but he has been a complete game changer for my care. He is incredibly patient and always takes the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. I finally feel heard and supported in my treatment journey.
71 years old and have had more medical issues than most over the years. Enjoy Dr Vesali but I have NEVER had so many support staff issues in my life. Multiple phone calls unanswered, always ends up in voice mail and maybe 10% of the time calls are returned. Frankly not worth the hassle to see him!!
They lead me down the wrong path for 3 yrs, telling me I had MS and put me on too much medication. Sent me home with 2 different packets and videos on injection treatments and told me to choose which one I wanted to start. Had I chose one I would have been injecting stuff in my body that I did not need.I believe his receptionist was his wife, who was extremely rude to me. This was my experience and I quit going there. Took me awhile to get off the medicine but feel way better off the things they were prescribing me.
