Dr Maddox was awesome. He clearly explained the diagnosis. Then he walked me through four separate options to address the issue explaining the pros and cons of each. He then offered his opinion on the what he thought was the best treatment - surgery. He explained the procedure and what it would entail. Everything went exactly as described as did the outcome. I was honestly terrified to get a vasectomy. I had heard nightmare stories about how painful it was and how uncomfortable recovery was. I was not looking forward to it. Dr. Maddox must be a magician, because other than the initial "stings" of the local anesthetic, I felt almost nothing. I followed the directions, and kept ice on the location. He is one of best all around doctors I have ever been associated with. He straight and honest when speaking about options going forward. I really fell blessed having him in my corner. Dr Maddox and his team is hands down one of the best I have been treated by in my 67 yrs.
Dr. Maddox was easy to talk to and is a very good surgeon. Happy to be one of his patient.
