Dr. Gottlieb has a good bedside manner; but I really regret having the Hemorrhoids surgery with him! 3 months after the surgery , not only my excess tissue (My chief complaint) recurred, but also now I have ANOTHER extra tissue down there!!!! I'm very unhappy with the result of my surgery although the success rate was supposed to be 95%!!!:( I'd never recommend this surgery to anyone!!!

Sue, the office person, was exceptionally helpful in dealing with my HMO. Dr Gottlieb saw me on a Monday and had me ready for surgery on Wednesday. Both were so helpful and, to date, I feel as good as I have since my initial problem. A bit of a drive coming from Redwood City but would do it all over again. Extremely grateful for their care and attention.
I was sent to Emergency because of stomach bleeding, which was caused by a medium size tumor in my stomach, and that was the time I met Dr. Gottlieb. Two weeks later Dr. Gottlieb performed a surgery to remove my stomach tumor, surgery was done carefully and sucessfully.
