Great staff
Staff is always friendly and helpful. They are always sure to check in with me regularly. Maybe the best office in all of LAMC. I always feel welcome and taken care of there.
When I go there, since I had to return there numerous times bc my insurance codes for blood work were not being accepted, it is like going to friends to visit. The front office folks are always friendly and there never seems to be anything they cannot or will not do for you. Dr. Lucia thoroughly explains everything and answers questions kindly and completely...even when they are probably stupid questions.
