Very thorough
Visit was "hybrid". I needed to come to the office, but dr Lucia was talking with me from the screen. It is the only reason I give four not five starts. Dr Lucia assistant, present with me in the room, was incredible. She was able to find my online medical records on the fly, feeding them instantly to dr Lucia.
The primary receptionist, staff and Dr. are all A+. They are always so knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate their kindness during somewhat difficult times. You are all much appreciated. Thank you.
Dr. Lucia is very well informed and interprets complex test results in an easy to understand way. He is a teacher by nature, and wants a patient to understand the issues and the solutions.
