Buying from out of state and Michael set up 15+ viewings for one weekend. Super knowledgeable about history of many of the Boulder properties we were considering. Offer and closing process was smoothly navigated, especially with all of his great referrals for ancillary services (mortgage, inspection, etc.)
Michael was extremely helpful and patient throughout the home buying process. And I can’t under state the patience piece. I had a ton of questions both for Michael and for the seller throughout the closing process and Michael handled and communicated with poise. He was always available and I truly felt like he wanted to do his best to help me.
The team at Lovoto Properties was absolutely wonderful to work with on our home sale.
