I went to the owner for a cut and several bang trims. My last and final trim from him ended up being disastrous. He was in an awful mood and took it out on my hair. Even though I asked for less than 3/4 inch taken off, he cut more. When I asked why he went so short he stated that it was what I wanted. He then proceeded to stick a ruler in my face to show me the difference between 3/4 and 1/2 an inch! Unbelievable. Any normal person would have been apologetic and concerned.
