Great customer service will be using again
Michael was very prompt in his response even when I sent an SMS after hours. He found the leak very swiftly, did minimal impact to my lawn and repaired the pipe/join. He even installed a (impromptu) new outdoor tap so I could connect a BBQ sink to it. The work area was left clean and tidy and I was impressed with the replacement of the lawn he had to dig up to get to the leak - couldn't really see where the hole was dug when he was finished.
