If I could leave 0 stars, I would. These people had the audacity to make my son wait a month to get in an extraction done only to have them call up the day of the appointment and tell me that they are refusing to do my son's Appointment. So unprofessional no sympathy or nothing. Just my little boy in pain and it's will be 2 to weeks or better b4 my son can get help cause I have to start the process all over again. WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER !!!!!!
Doctor Michael he’s one of the best dentist ever I had for my kids! He truely knows the best ! He’s definitely such a good man and he loves his job soo much! He deserve more then 5stars! All the best wishes dc Michael ! You did so much for my family! 👏
Our children have been going to Dr Mike for 15 years. We are so sad to see him close. Dr. Mike is a such a skilled practitioner. But what sets him apart is his chair side manner with the patients and families he serves. His work with special needs individuals is exemplary. He has a heart of gold. Lancaster is losing a great pediatric dental practice. The office staff has always been patient, knowledgeable and kind throughout our years with them. We wish Dr Mike the best in future endeavors and we will greatly miss him.
Love the Doctor but the front staff is very unprofessional. The Spanish lady (I think her name is Xinia) in the front desk is rude and has 0 customer service skills. We'll be going somewhere else. Best of luck Doctor Mike.
I had made an appointment months ago for my daughter to get established as a patient. I received a text the day before our appointment saying "due to staffing shortages our appointment was canceled." I found this extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. A simple phone call would have been sufficient. We will be going somewhere else for her dental care (which we now have to wait several more months for). Very disappointing.
