Super unprofessional !! Niki needs to either get a better personality or a new job !! We are leaving because of her after my husband has been with them over 10yrs. Went to progressive and we are using Quiron insurance and Darcy has the best personality!! Look them up if your need of insurance!
The staff are very easy to talk to, it does not take long to resolve things if needed be. I am always assisted in a quick but meaningful way. Talitha, is a wonderful lady and she is always so nice. She treats you just like a person and you can tell she likes her job.
I have been pleased with this insurance agency as a whole. However, they do not keep the website updated. This website has been down since last week. I usually make my payments online. I called and left a message and my call was returned (promptly) I might add which was a plus and they offered to process it for me and mail me my receipt. However, That may be fine for them, but I am not keen on giving personal information over the phone and also not keen on depending on getting a receipt in the mail, especially with the posta... read more
We had a great experience with this company, but more importantly this location. Our representative was Cait and she was great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. The process to change insurance companies was easy thanks to her. I also loved the friendly dog that is there. The owner was very polite to make sure we were comfortable with the pet. It made the experience even more fun. I highly recommend stopping by this location to see what they can do for you :)
Mike Lee and his Staff have always been very personal and courteous when I call or stop in and ask questions or for assistance. I am very happy to know I have them in my corner for all my insurance needs. Thank you.
