The staff are very easy to talk to, it does not take long to resolve things if needed be. I am always assisted in a quick but meaningful way. Talitha, is a wonderful lady and she is always so nice. She treats you just like a person and you can tell she likes her job.
Was very easy starting my auto insurance policy at state farm they were very smart and friendly.
I have been pleased with this insurance agency as a whole. However, they do not keep the website updated. This website has been down since last week. I usually make my payments online. I called and left a message and my call was returned (promptly) I might add which was a plus and they offered to process it for me and mail me my receipt. However, That may be fine for them, but I am not keen on giving personal information over the phone and also not keen on depending on getting a receipt in the mail, especially with the posta... read more
Won’t help you when needed but put on a great face for the public. Just don’t get in an accident and you will live them
Good luck getting your refund back when you switch insurance agencies because of how they expensive they are. Been with Micheal Lee over 4 years. You’re better off going across the river to Darrell. They have sent my refund check to the wrong address twice now and it’s been 5 months and counting.
