Installed a water heater for me for $1175 and did a decent job I guess other than the new water heater itself being dented. Afterwards, his employee tried to charge me $100 more than what was told it would cost. After I said I was quoted a different price, the guy griped and gave me a hard time. After a phone call to the boss (who had left at this point), the response back was "ok, we'll give you the $100 discount". Pretty shady!
