Don't trust his nice guy "buddy" act. He'll harass you and insult you if you change your mind or ask too many questions. I wanted to cancel my application after I discovered how often insurance claims get denied by Freedom Life, and he called me over and over insisting that he needed recorded verbal authorization to cancel.
