waited 50 minutes, i was obviously irritated and instead of the dr simply apologizing for the wait, he treated me in a brusque manner not alleviating my concerns with reference to my visit. will not follow through. have heard great things overall about this practice and am currently in care of another dr in this practice for a separate manner.
Very professional
I waited an hour and 15 minutes and still was not seen so I left. This is my second visit to this practice and also had along wait the first time. If I showed up at 11:15 for a 10 am appt the doctor would not see me and in fact would charge me $25 for being a no show. This is not acceptable. I don’t have a single other practitioner with such poor scheduling. This was a mid morning appt, not late in the day with a backup. I do not recommend this doctor.
