excellent care by Dr. Ross - made me feel like family. Great office and new facilities. Labs done by the doctors themselves!
Great visit with Dr. Ross. One of the most caring doctors I have ever met.
My son had to wait over 2 hours for a simple vaccine. They didn't give him a bill to submit to insurance so I had to call to have them email that to me. What they emailed to me was rejected by the insurance company because it didn't have what every other doctor's office would have, namely the TIN number. I'm now on hold for over 18 minutes trying to get them to transfer me to the billing department to have that emailed.
Dr. Ross is a wonderful human and a great doctor. I love seeing him every six months, a true joy indeed, and wouldn't fathom otherwise.
Dr. Ross has been my doctor for over 20 years and has taken care of my husband and my children. He is thorough and very caring. What I love the most about Dr. Ross is that he does everything in his office and sees children as well as adults. I can have my labs done and get my results on the same visit. Also they have xray and a pharmacy. Last year when I was in the hospital Dr. Ross took care of me. IT was nice to see him at the hospital and I felt comfortable that he was taking care of me
Dr Ross is my families doctor. It’s so nice to have one doctor take care of your entire family. He is great with my children, always available on the weekends if you have an emergency. My mom loves him too. She has different medical needs and likes that he took care of her when she was in the hospital. Dr Ross took care of my father before he passed and was of great comfort to all of us while he was ill. He is a true old fashioned family doctor and we love him. Would highly recommend!

I am 56 years old and have throughout my life had maybe three primary care doctors, I switched to Dr. Ross about a year ago and I have to say this is by far the best doctor and care I have ever received.
Dr Ross is great, caring, and spends lots of time with you. But beware - the staff over scheduals his time so you may have to wait several hours after appointment time. Staff at desk (not nursing) seems uncaring and non-cooperative. I quit seeing him because of these issues, which is too bad because he is a great Dr.
