I did not like his tone towards me, he prescribed medicine for me without giving me the name of the medicine or name of pharmacy it was being sent to, he didn’t show sympathy for my pain or situation
My experience so far was very streamlined and helpful, McGrattan looked at the issue, gave me a prognosis followed by a solution. He explained everything to me fully, making sure I understood the procedures and aftercare. Though I often blank when someone asks me if I have any questions, the ones I did have were answered in a way that left me more confident in moving forward.
