I was greeted by a very kind and knowledgeable nurse. I was very nervous about my appointment and she did a lot to alleviate those fears by her caring, gentle, and professional behavior. Dr. Gallaentine continued the positive experience. He greeted me politely a spoke me for a few moments of just niceties.
