I put in a post on Bedford neighbors to find out if anyone could recommend a new eye doctor. Michael Cohen in Mount Kisco came highly recommended. However, on Friday, just days before my appointment I received a text saying my appointment had been canceled. No explanation and no ability to re-book. I called, only to be put on hold with Optum’s ridiculous voicemail system. I pressed number one for a callback. Nothing happened.
