I first met Dr. Bowlin in 2009 when my wife and I moved back to Kentucky from Oregon with our married daughter and her two kids. We both built new homes in the Union, KY area. Over the years, I gotten to know Dr. Bowlin and his special care for an old warrior like me. (USMC 1963-1967 Vietnam Service; Federal Agent with US Dept. of Justice, DEA for 30 years, and several consulting jobs for US Govt). He got to know me well and took very good care of me.
