Dr. Ku is a outstanding, caring and very knowledgeable Doctor. I would HIGHLY recommend him, and hope all his patients follow him and the other Doctors to their new offices in July 2020
I have been a patient of Dr Ku for nearly 20 years. I could not be more comfortable and confident in any other physician. He has explained everything so that I understand. He resolved my back pain issues without medications. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Ku is one of the best Doctors I've had the pleasure of calling my Primary Care Physician in my 59 years on the planet. There isn't enough characters allowed on this review to sufficiently tell you all of his excellent qualities, so the best I can do is tell you he's caring, takes the time YOU feel you need, and definitely now looks a lot more "hip" than the photo listed here. Unfortunately I had to move and now I can't find a Physician that comes close to his talents and likability.
He is an outstanding and compassionate physician. I am fortunate that he is my physician. Can hardly make a higher recommendation.
Doesn't kick the can down the road like a lot of the MD's like to do. Dr. Ku addresses the issue on the spot and won't prescribe a ton of unnecessary 'tests' that do nothing other than drive up medical costs and indemnify the practice.
He is kind, listens to what you are saying, spends an adequate amount of time with you, and willing answers your questions. Also, he takes the time to educate you about your illness or injury. Highly recommend. The office does a great job of scheduling you in if you have an urgent need to be seen. The staff is very friendly.
My experience is he literally saved my life!!. I was extremely addicted to percocet and was scared to tell a doctor about it but finally got courage to do it. So I chose a new family doctor and it was Doctor ku I knew nothing about him but took a leap of faith and he was the most understanding, compassionate,knowledgeable Dr.about addiction I had ever met.he didn't judge me he helped me which is more then I can say about most doctors. Thank you Dr. Ku I'll never forget how you saved my life. Ben
Friendly staff Promed in Three Rivers is a very nice clinic. They have their own on-site lab and pharmacy. If you go to have blood work taken in the early morning, their is never any waiting. Donna, the receptionist is always friendly. They are located on a major highway which is convenient.
Friendly, short wait times, good care I prefer this older, more run down office to the fancy new office in Portage. It is easier to get an appointment and the wait time are considerably shorter once you get there. The office staff is generally friendly and helpful. Everything just seems to run smoother here. You see the same doctors that are at the other Promed offices, so the care is the same.
