Twice in a row (several months apart) after checking vitals, doing an exam, and in-house x-rays we were returned our co-pay and sent to the ER so they could figure it out. Oh, and we had to ask for our co-pay back once Dr. Krieger put us off to the emergency room. Never again.
Samantha and her staff are always pleasant and courteous. Dr. Jackson has been our family doctor since 1998. We have trusted her with our children's medical needs as well and now our grandsons. The #1 thing I love about Dr. Jackson is she is not quick to just write you a prescription and send you on your way like most Dr.'s are now a days. She will only give you what you need if you need it.
