I was referred to Dr. Krew by my OB office for a cyst during pregnancy. My OB office hadn’t been super concerned about the cyst but it did grow a significant amount as my pregnancy progressed so they referred me to MFM at 24 weeks. Dr. Krew told me there was a 50% chance of malignancy after reviewing my scans and that he was extremely concerned about the cyst rupturing and becoming possible stage 3 cancer if the cyst was cancerous.
