Had buisness in Nashville and went to Opry Mills. Stopped in to get something for my fiancée. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. This place has some fantastic pieces at really reasonable prices. I was able to get her a pocketbook and a shirt. Both were generously marked down and they had an additional 15% off that day. If your significant other likes Michael Kors this is the place to go. I would definitely recommend a visit.

I have always had great customer service here but just wanted to shout out Ogen for his top-tier service! I came in looking for a bag that I had seen at the outlet website and was curious to see if they had it in the store. Despite me finding other cute bags, I really wanted this one and he went above and beyond to make that happen! He called another store, even asked me when I needed it by, and when I told him the closely approaching date, he called the Sevierville store for me and put my purchase on a gift card in case it ... read more

The best customer service I’ve ever received. Went above and beyond. Even found shoes at another location because they didn’t have in stock. Managers were very nice and helpful. Will be back my next visit to Nashville!
