I visited this store and picked up six leather handbags. The cashier refused to give me more than one MK paper bag. I explained these are gifts for staff. I must have one paper bag per handbag. I spoke to the store manager. She rudely told me that's the corporate policy. How do you build a luxury brand and not give out a paper bag with the logo on it? I refused to buy anything. They lost $800+ of sales but they were able to save $0.60.
I just want to say thank you to Trina at Napa Pendleton. I've lived in Sacramento and now I live in San Francisco. This is my go to store. I tend to arrive at closing and unfortunately it's not uncommon for me to buy a bunch of stuff and return half of it a week later unused with the tags on and trina is always polite about helping me. I also want to say... in general; Trina is a great person to ask for advice on pairing clothing or gifts. Just look at her. She should be in a Pendleton. Shes unique. See you again Trina!
