A very bad experience. The customer service is terrible—especially from one employee who was extremely rude and had an abysmal attitude. From the moment I asked for help, she responded grudgingly and showed absolutely no interest. You expect to walk into a store like this anticipating at least a minimum level of professionalism, but here, it seems the staff couldn't care less about providing good service. I recently visited Michael Kors outlet store and had an absolutely stellar experience, all thanks to the manager, Lisa. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction. She truly went above and beyond to help me, handling everything with a level of kindness and efficiency that you just don't see every day. Lisa just didn't meet my expectations-she completely exceeded them. It is clear that she takes great pride in her work and her store. Because of her, I will definitely be a returning customer.
