Not one employee in the store behaves In a professional and Respectful manner, and after meeting with the manager of the store I can see why the employees behaving in that manner. When a manager herself is such a despicable and disrespectful human being the rest of the employees in the store are going to be at the very least the same or worse. I’ve just been to this Michael Kors store and have NEVER encountered such poor customer service, so much so after I’d paid for my transaction, I ended up having a full refund due to the rudeness and arrogance of the female manager who wouldn’t disclose her name. I purchased 5 items totalling over $350, these 5 items were gifts, when I explained I’d like 5 x gift bags (which were then explained to me in a very condescending way - that they’re called shopping bags) I was immediately met with a no.
