Customer service at this store needs a major overhaul. No customer should ever feel like they aren’t good enough to shop here or that their business isn’t valued. My experience left me feeling unwelcome and unappreciated. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

She even went the extra mile to check availability across North American stores, which I truly appreciated. Outstanding customer service—hats off to her!
