Customer service at this store needs a major overhaul. No customer should ever feel like they aren’t good enough to shop here or that their business isn’t valued. My experience left me feeling unwelcome and unappreciated. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Returning the jacket was an incredibly smooth experience. Jessi made the entire process effortless with her professionalism and attention to detail. She even went the extra mile to check availability across North American stores, which I truly appreciated. Outstanding customer service—hats off to her!
Store employees would not let me retrieve my order sunday evening at 4pm. The employees are snobby & rude. As soon as i walked in they looked at me as if i shouldnt be there. I make plenty of money & can afford larger names like Gucci 😅. Don't judge people based off looks. I purchased the item I was picking up to use for giveaways at my business.
