Store employees would not let me retrieve my order sunday evening at 4pm. The employees are snobby & rude. As soon as i walked in they looked at me as if i shouldnt be there. I make plenty of money & can afford larger names like Gucci 😅. Don't judge people based off looks. I purchased the item I was picking up to use for giveaways at my business. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever recieved in my LIFE! Daylin the manager was so rude and nasty to me and my mother that my mom walked outside the doors and started crying. We went there to purchase 2 pairs of Michael Kors boots for Christmas. One was going home with me and the other she was taking to my sister out of town.
