We had a very unpleasant experience at another store (NOT MK) where the sales were really mean to us, but the warm service at MK completely changed our mood. Multiple sales greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome, and helped us forget the bad experience earlier. Truly appreciated their kindness.
I received outstanding customer service during my visit. Antwan greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and assisted me with two bags, even helping me select one for myself. He provided detailed information about each item and offered thorough after-care instructions. His professionalism and attentiveness made the experience exceptional. Thanks Antwon!
Bad service I get. So disappointed by SA.
The service in the store is bad.. I ordered 5 bags online. I went to the store located in the mall. I told her that I only want a bag.. because it is a gift for my friend.. She looked like she just woke up from sleep, and spoke angrily and said: You can't take ..!!!???.go order online. I told her: why do you want to waste time? I just want a bag.. She was wearing pajamas and looked disgusted.. If you are upset, why do you work in a store like this?... I will never come back! 👎🏻👎🏻🙅♀️
