We had a very unpleasant experience at another store (NOT MK) where the sales were really mean to us, but the warm service at MK completely changed our mood. Multiple sales greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome, and helped us forget the bad experience earlier. Truly appreciated their kindness.
I received outstanding customer service during my visit. Antwan greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and assisted me with two bags, even helping me select one for myself.
