I had such an amazing experience at Michael Kors North Premium Outlets! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and Candy was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. What impressed me most was coming home to unbox my bag and matching wallet and seeing how beautifully and carefully everything was packaged. Very rude customer service. We were inside this MK store around 730pm tonight. My wife was holding 2 shoes to purchase. And was still looking around while waiting to pay. An older lady working tonight seemed like a supervisor literally came by at 804pm. And told us that they were closed and no more register open when there were still 2 people paying and asked us to leave. We had a great experience wirh the latin lady wearing a fanny pack showing us all the bags & options. Very attentagive & kind.
Semaj what a beautiful human being helping me when other staff were not interested. As a result of his kindness I bought 7 pairs of shoes!! Someone give this man a pay rise xx Credit where credit is due a lady who worked there said to him 'do you want to deal with her's as a disabled woman I was offended however semaj saw past that and offered support and went above and beyond to help me. Shame on her.
