Very rude customer service the girl on the register was extremely rude and when the manager came he was worse than her. We were looking for different colour and they said hurry up because we have so many people in line and there was literally one person behind us.
Love the deals on the purses! The purse I purchased here back in July is worth almost $600 and got it for about $200 which is awesome! The staff already brought me a new purse the moment I approached the register and I didn’t have to say a word! They even had a deal with the pocket books too and I got one that matches my purse for such a cheap price! I love this store! I’m definitely coming back!
From before entering the store the customer service was outstanding. I was having a hard time finding the store and I called to get the exact location and Michael came outside in the rain and found me to show me where the store was located. Once I entered I gave Micael a description of the bag I was looking for and Michael knew exactly what bag I wanted and directed me to it.
