Store is always clean, staff is super helpful and friendly and I always have great experiences when I shop here and find some fantastic deals

It is such a shame because we really wanted to enjoy our time, but the interaction at the checkout was quite upsetting. The employee at the checkout was unfortunately very rude and lacked the professionalism you would expect, which immediately cast a shadow over our visit.
