Worst Customer Service I have seen in my life. (I do shop quite a lot) I recently bought a watch at this store. Right after billing, I asked them that I want to get it fitted for my wrist size. They said , the store is croweded today and I need to come in another day for this. This particular store is 1 hr drive from where I live. After a month, I went again to get it fitted. Great store!!
Not sure whats going on here, but something seems really different than it did even a month or so ago. All the employees seem so irritated. I asked one of the employees if something changed, she said they got a new manager. That's unfortunate, one person really can ruin a good culture. I used to enjoy shopping here, but after my latest experience, I won't be back for a while. Hopefully, for the sake of the store and its employees they get their old manager back or get a different one. Absolute shame
Great customer service! Lots of good options too, it was hard to choose just one bag! 🤭
