I had a bad experience in this store. I was the only one shopping in the store and instead of helping me, the cashier/manager made me feel like I couldn’t afford to shop there. Asking me if I was going to buy anything and giving me looks to leave the store. She probably thinks she owns the store but she’s only an employee for a retail store.
Employees do not make you feel welcome. I asked the price for 2 bags because they did not have a price on the shelve, before telling me the price manager asked if i was going to buy anything. She gives you the look of are you going to buy anything if not leave. She probably needs to be reminded that she is an employee in a retail store and her job is to assist customers. I had a very disappointing experience at the Michael Kors store in Tejon Ranch Outlets with a manager named Alexandra. When I requested four separate bags for four different purses intended as separate gifts, Alexandra responded rudely, saying, 'We don’t need your business; we make more sales than your $300+ purchase.'
