Came in today 6/13/26 with the intention on looking for a nice crossbody... was not welcomed when we walked in.. the place was not busy at all.. maybe 4 people in the store... walked and looked at purses... then i saw people walk in and a women older with glasses welcomed and explained the sale that was going on to the people... i was like.. ok... we just continued looking... i was going from shelf to shelf trying to make a decision... wales to the back of the store and was still ignored... as the same older women was like a... read more

I had a bad experience in this store. I was the only one shopping in the store and instead of helping me, the cashier/manager made me feel like I couldn’t afford to shop there. Asking me if I was going to buy anything and giving me looks to leave the store. She probably thinks she owns the store but she’s only an employee for a retail store.
Employees do not make you feel welcome. I asked the price for 2 bags because they did not have a price on the shelve, before telling me the price manager asked if i was going to buy anything. She gives you the look of are you going to buy anything if not leave. She probably needs to be reminded that she is an employee in a retail store and her job is to assist customers. She is more worried about her looks and being on her phone than helping customers. What a great example the manager is for the rest of the employees. I saw ... read more
