I needed some new clothes and Michael Kors was a wonderful experience. Customer service was courteous, courteous and very friendly. They responded to all my questions quickly and ensured my concerns were dealt with in a care and patient manner. The staff was very knowledgeable about the products and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. The service is excellent as well as the quality of the products. Visited this location today. When checking out, I was advised the pricing was more then what is shown in the picture. The manager refused to honor the price they displayed after I shopped for 4 pairs of shoes. Horrible experience.
