Second time coming into the store and i get exceptional customer service always! The manager Leila was so kind and patient. She helped us find everything we need.
The supervisor on Monday evening was so rude. When we raised our concern to her, she just said whatsoever she have to and she walked away. She didn’t listen to us. Even though her expression while speaking was so rude. Never gonna choose this store again . Hopefully she will learn what customer service actually is.
Suki was very helpful, she has amazing customer service! When I went to the store to browse the bags she helped me find exactly what I was looking for and she was very kind and polite.
The store manager was amazing. She is very helpful and kind. Definitely worth shopping here.
Jamie at Pacific Centre was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to assist me and did a beautiful job with the gift wrapping. I truly appreciate her help and positive attitude. Highly recommended!
