I made a purchase online and I wanted to return it and rebuy using my merchandise credit. I went to MK smith haven store they refused and said oh the policy has changed, we have to sent back merchandise to warehouse for refund and so we cannot sell the merchandise in store. Lack of knowledge I guess! I went to Mk Roosevelt field and manager their made everything so smooth and easy.
