Needed a birthday gift for the wife. I had an idea. AJ who works here was and is awesome. Helped me focus on what I was looking for. Couldn't pull the trigger because I wasn't sure on the color. Came back the next day with the wife. AJ remembered me and the conversation we had. Wife picked the color and loved the wallet. AJ was awesome. Super happy with the store and the people.
Some months ago we did some shopping in Hawaii at the local MK shop. We spend +-$900 in this shop and paid by debitcard. 2 weeks later the same amount was (illigally...) deducted again fm our bankaccount. On that moment we reported this issue to CS. They wanted to know all the details and after some mails promised us to escalate this case to the District Manager. Went in just to browse, ended up getting a pair of fabulous boots with free shipping back to NC. Isaac and the rest of the staff were very helpful and professional. I really enjoyed my shopping experience with this store!!!
