I brought my bag in explaining that I cannot get the blue jean dye off and brought in the cleaner and the soft cloth to see if they maybe had something different. I recently had an unfortunate experience at Michael Kors. While I was spending a significant amount of money, my five-year-old urgently needed to use the bathroom. Despite pleading with the sales representatives, one was very apologetic and understanding, while the other was dismissive and rude.
