I love Michael Kors and the superior customer service. The staff at the Costa Mesa store helped me with my newly purchased shoe. I was still able to get a new pair after there was a defect. Kalyn Fortin is the manager at this store location. Her staff is so sweet as well. Thank you for accommodating me. I appreciate it!

ORLANDO. IS. HEAVEN. SENT!! The specific item I needed (requested as a gift) was sold out online and I could ONLY find it at this location. I live in New Orleans. I was going to have my brother drive an hour to that location pick it up and fly with it here.
