On Dec.28 2023 my wife and niece went to exchange a purse where she encountered a rude male sale person.Which the weak manager told him to go to the back which he told her No. My wife shops in Michael kors store around the world but the worst one is Tacoma Mall in Washington From the manager to the sales department should be replace. If you want to deal with rude unprofessional people go there
Update: After the previous experience with the extremely rude male cashier, I checked with customer service online to ensure I could infact return the purse I had bought a few days earlier. The 3 females who were there were when I returned to the store today were SO NICE and helpful! They did my return with no issues! 🥰
Unable to return the products that I bought online. Even though the policy online says you can return it at the store and when you follow the procedure to return it even say you can return at this store. When asked about this the retailer just says that it was an outlet product so she won't accept it, even though I bought it online from the official store. I just ended up returning it by mail.
