I usually purchase all my items online. But this one time I wanted to see the Particular handbag in person before I made my purchase. I loved the bag, and I went through the process of purchasing it. However, I noticed the sales rep taking my tags off my handbag and coin purse. This is not a policy from Michael Kors. Michael Kors requires you to have tags on for any return. Be aware of this location; don’t let them take your tag. I wish I had spoken up.
Just went to the store and spend 350.00 on a couple of bags and watch for my wife for Mother's Day and they didn't put one of her bags in the bag. So unprofessional now they to ship the bag to me. So my wife will receive that bag AFTER mother's day.
This was my first time at this MK location, Custom service in this store was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! $AVANNAH was the BEST!!! Very patient,and answered all my questions!!!
Went in on Black Friday because I have had my eye on a purse since it came out, but I wanted a deal on it. One female tried to sell me the purse, but her co-worker was staring me down and judging my purse!! I love to go into these designer stores dressed bummy to see the response I get from employees.
