Awful store awful customer service the worst experience I will never buy from Michael Kors ever again
They were very rude and not willing to be helpful at all… they claim to be following policy but the policy doesn’t say anything about needing a physical card when everything is paid with Apple Pay.
Probably the worst Customer experience I’ve ever had!!!! They are “willing” to return your items but will look for every reason not to do it!

Customer Service is excellent! Highly recommend! Their events are amazing and fun as always!
