My husband wanted me to pick out a purse that I liked instead of him just giving me one I might not like so we went there before valentines and the service was excellent, the young lady that helped me made me feel special. At the end of the day, I got two beautiful purses. Thank you Michael Kors for your superior staff.
Disappointed With Packaging Experience This was our first time buying Michael Kors bags at store not at Macy’s, and while the products are nice, the packaging experience wasn’t what we expected. We bought six bags as gifts, but due to a “holiday paper bag limit,” the staff put two bags in one paper bag, which made them look less special. After asking a few times, we did receive 4 small bags and 2 large ones, but overall the service didn’t feel as helpful as we hoped. 0 stars only wore a few times and they fell apart. There cloths can only be washed a few times as well. Don't shop here.
