I came into the store lost looking for a anniversary present for my wife. Kristina & Jaime took excellent care of me. They answered all my questions very patiently and assured me that my wife would love her new purse. They made what is normally a very anxious situation for me totally present. I will be coming back for her birthday gift.

MK should be embarrassed about the quality of these shoes. I purchased these a few months ago and have used them only 3-4 times. The inner leather is peeling off as you can see in the pictures. It's almost like the leather is disintegrating from the inside out. I sent several emails to MK customer service and all they say is 'the shoes are outside the 90-day window'. The stylist at the MK store was courteous and very helpful. I was able to exchange a Christmas present without issue. Painless. The store is well planned, bright, and attractive.
