Busy busy place
Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. They sized my watch with faulty links so my watch falls apart everytime I wear it. I told the store and they literally told me they can't fix it for me. THEY BROKE MY $350 WATCH AND GAVE IT BACK TO ME. I am furious, absolute thieves! I tried calling corporate head quarters and could not get a live person on the phone.
