This company installed a new garage door screen for us about two weeks ago. Later we called them for a estimate on hurricane shutters and Mr Knott came out to do that. When he arrived we asked about the garage door screen as some of the panels are more difficult to slide open. Mr Knott insisted they where fine and slammed the panels around became rude and angry to the point where my wife was frightened. He got in his truck and left saying he was done here and stormed off.
