The front office acts like I am a criminal and they are the police processing center. They spend more time taking all of your personal and financial information then they do providing health services.
Dr. Klug and his staff are amazing. In the past, with other doctors I have felt rushed, that I was just one of dozens of patients being seen that day. Dr. Klug takes the time to get to know you. He and his staff are highly professional, kind and generous.
Dr Klug is an excellent doctor. He is very personable and a good guy. He is genuinely interested in his patients. Highly recommend.
My primary physician retired and recommended Dr Klug. He set up an appointment to meet and get to know him and it went great. Not only is he a nice guy; he took a look at a new issue that just came up with me even though this was just supposed to be a meet and greet. Impressed with his knowledge and proactive approach; he even gave me a few tips about medications I was on that I was unaware of. Came away feeling fantastic as having him as my new primacy care physician. Feels good to know im in good hands. Highly recommended.
My Doctor retired and I got lucky to be introduced to Dr. Klug and am very impressed and excited. His background as a pharmacist and his up to date thinking is just my style. I feel lucky to be a member of his club and would encourage anyone seeking a new Doctor to set an appointment with Dr. Michael Klug...you won't be disappointed
