Worst office staff I have ever encountered. There seems to be only one lady who anwers phone calls for Dr. Klebuc. I believe her name is Karen. She is routinely rude and displays an unfriendly attitude as if each call is irritating to her personally. I called to reschedule due to a Federal shutdown and mandatory in office training for 33 days. I am so grateful for Dr. Klebec and his assistant Karen They always take such great care of me every visit. I have been seeing Dr. Klebec every few months for about a year now. I get Botox injections because of facial paralysis and synkinesis Due to Ramsey Hunt syndrome after having shingles. You can’t just walk into any office and get this done.
