Office staff was horrible - cancelled appt week in advance and still got charged - told them I wasnt coming back
Reading all the bad reviews I was very hesitant, but he was the only available doc so i had to book w him, and must say both the doc and the staff were awesome. Going out of my way to write this because they don't deserve all the bad reviews.
Michael Lai is A NIGHTMARE, WORST doctor I have ever seen! He was willing to let me die. I saw him for a few years before I had enough and switched to a competent Endocrinologist. Michael Lai belittled me during every appointment and laughed at me when I asked SEVERAL times for a FNA and told me I would feel better if I would just lose some weight. Once I finally switched to an Endocrinologist that would do the biopsy I needed, I was diagnosed with 2 types of thyroid cancer and ended up having a full thyroidectomy. IF YOU VA... read more
$275 billed for 10 minutes of belittling me instead of trying to treat me.. A fraud...an arrogant questionable "doctor"! Dr Lai is an insurance scammer. Very unprofessional and incompetent.
Dr. Knecth is a great doctor, but really bad keeping appointments, twice I had showed up for my appointment, waited 3 hours to find out he wasn’t coming in never even answered staff phone calls to let patients know, felt sorry for other patients that had taken time off work. Disgusting. Staff are very rude
